We are currently searching for highly experienced Sales Training Manager for a leading FMCG company in Nigeria
Responsibilities
Liaise with the HR function to compile data on identified sales training needs
Design, develop and implement sales training programmes to meet identified skills
Liaise with KD to determine training needs of the DBs Sales staff
To coordinate curriculum design activities to provide required input into the development of a comprehensive sales training curriculum
To schedule in-house and external courses to meet identified training needs
Develop sales training plan/calendar and coordinate its implementation to ensure effective formal and on-the-job training delivery
Maintain accurate sales training database on all sales staff
Prepare regular reports/updates for management attention
Participate in territory meetings, trade shows, territory activities, special events and seminars
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc. degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or any relevant discipline
A professional qualification such as CIPM and CIMA would be an added advantage
Must possess at least 10 years relevant work experience in FMCG industry
Have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP Systems
Be self-motivated and self-directed, able and willing to take initiative
Must have strong analytical skills with particular attention to detail
