^·          Candidates applying for role of Distributor Development Capability Manager -  National  must be of Graduate level: Masters Degree, with 5-10 years commercial expertise in premium FMCG company, a Senior Sales Manager with high interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge about the On-Trade and Off-Trade Sales environment.

·         Candidates applying for role of National Key account manager must be of Graduate level with 5-10 years minimum commercial expertise gained across Consumer Marketing and / or Sales Management. A strong track record in Sales at a management level, with experience in at least two areas of Sales. Particularly critical is previous experience of Field Sales or other customer facing roles.
