Our company is seeking a number of individuals to assist the existing Business Services team to meet the growing demands of the organization. Vacancies exist for people with experience in Software and Business disciplines seeking a challenging role involving the management and implementation of Hardcat software, asset inventory & audit providing consultation services to clients.
BUSINESS SERVICES CONSULTANTS – HARDCAT
Location: Lagos
Role Responsibilities
Managing the configuration and implementation of new or existing client systems
Consulting and Business Analysis across current processes and systems in accordance with Hardcat technologies
Resolving Database issues raised by clients
Developing interface programs between Hardcat and third party applications
Undertaking asset inventory and audit using the latest barcoding technology
Project Documentation and adhering to project lifecycles
Complete responsibility and accountability for all projects assigned
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years industry experience
A self-starter who is capable of learning new software, processes and systems with minimal training
Understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
Programmes skills in Visual basic.
Self motivated and dedicated individual with a high level of drive and initiative
Capable of working individually and/or in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills aiding in the analysis, interpretation and delivery of software solutions to meet clients business requirements
Always willing to exceed expectations with a strong desire to continuously perform and deliver
Flexible & adaptable to work indifferent business disciplines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people from various backgrounds and vastly different skill sets
Projects Management skills
Proficient computer skills and knowledge working with Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Excel)
Understanding of asset tracking and stocktake/auditing highly desirable
Knowledge, experience and appreciation of software development lifecycles including the development of detailed software specifications
Qualification
Degree or HND in Accounting, Business, IT, Engineering or Computer Science
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates seeking the challenges faced by diverse role offering a combination of Business. Project Management and Consultation. The role predominantly involves working at client’s sites either independently or with a team. Based in Lagos, the position may entail interstate travel.
