Job Title:Piping/Pipeline Design Engineer

Job Description :
This role is responsible for providing piping/pipeline design engineering in theEngineering Department, piping/pipeline material applications, codes, standards and practices.
Key Result Areas Main Activities & Responsibility
Responsible for activities associated with Pipeline Projects and ensuring that all deliverables are issued to time, cost and quality.
Drafting up of project models and construction specifications related to the design and construction of oil and natural gas pipelines and infrastructure.
Responsible for issues of piping deliverables to help in the timely progress of procurement of piping material and piping detailed design for implementation, piping and valve specification and bulk requisitions.
Prepare scopes of work, specifications, drawings and other related engineering material to a level suitable for subsequent development & implementation (by others), of assigned projects.
Provide discipline engineering support (as an internal technical service) to the Project Division, during the Execution Phase (detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning & handover for service) for all assigned projects.
Optimize designs and facilities to provide reliable and cost effective pipeline installations.
Using computer programs such as AutoCAD to create three-dimensional virtual models of the pipeline installations including topographic and other criteria to allow the company to predict any potential problem areas during the pipe laying procedures.
Responsible for making sure that the pipeline is installed in stable environments to minimize any chance of future leakages developing due to shifting ground and pipeline segments.
Responsible for Study of Plot plan, P&ID and client information.
Prepares and generates piping G.A., isometrics & MTO.
Performs manual bulk MTO & rough sketches of layout.

Competencies:
Key Competencies
Expertise in pipe layout development, piping design and piping stress analysis.
Knowledge of piping material standards (i.e. ASTM standard).
Strong knowledge in application of industry codes and standards.
Expertise in application & interpretation of pipeline/piping engineering software.
Knowledge of EPC Contracts and construction/commissioning/QA/QC techniques.

MSc Mechanical Engineering

Experience:
7 years plus in pure design of pipeline/piping associated with Oil & Gas facilities.

Job Title: Principal Process Engineer

Job Description :
The Principal Process Engineer will provide discipline process engineering designsupport as an internal technical service to the Engineering Department in the definition, development and execution of all Projects assigned to the Department for implementation from inception through project handover.
Key Result Areas main Activities & Responsibility
Author & compile engineering scopes of work, design basis definitions and basic engineering deliverable requirements of assigned projects for further development by Engineering Consultants.
Author & compile in-house designs including feasibility studies, concepts, process modeling & simulation studies, reports identifying optimization opportunities, front-end-engineering and detail designs, on assigned projects.
Review and approve all process engineering deliverables developed by Consultants up to IFC stage.
Provide technical support during the Project Execution phase in the review & approval of bidders, detailed designs, material purchase requisitions (where required), construction method statements, pre-commissioning & commissioning procedures and during start-up and operation in resolving technical issues.
Witness and accept Factory & Site Tests (FAT/SAT) and inspect completed equipmentinstallations to ensure conformance to design and specifications as required by the Project(s).
Responsible and accountable for technical integrity and fitness for purpose (process discipline) of all assigned Projects.
Participate in design review meetings, value engineering, risk assessments and project risk studies (HAZOP/HAZID) as a leading functional team member.
Contribute to the development and/or updating of Standards, Specifications & Procedures.
Interface with third parties (engineering consultants, suppliers/vendors, inspection agencies) including, local authorities and departments on relevant discipline engineering matters to ensure designs are developed as ‘fit-for-purpose.

Strong analytical skills and ability to demonstrate technical/professional expertise in process engineering discipline
Experience in project engineering technical support role with exposure to construction & commissioning techniques/procedures
Experience in process design, optimization & simulation engineering (Project Initiation & Front-End-Engineering phases), techniques/procedures

Requirement :
Paper Qualification:
B.Eng Chemical Engineering required.

Experience:
10 years Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries experience in process design, optimization & simulation engineering

Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description :
The Senior Mechanical Engineer role is responsible for technical output and support for mechanical engineering requirement, assist and co-ordinate supporting of technical budgeting, control and scheduling mechanical activities.
Key Result Areas Main Activities & Responsibility
Participate in preparation of proposals, concept development, regular projects, mechanical completion and commissioning of products.
Provide fixed equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, furnaces) technical support for Company projects.
Support the site technical resources as needed to solve complex fixed equipmentproblems.
Prepare, review, and approve datasheets for all mechanical fixed equipment (including but not limited to heat exchangers, furnaces, and pressure vessels, etc.), and Safety Instruction Sheets.
Review mechanical design packages on all Company projects.
Perform fitness for service on all fixed equipment, piping systems, and pipelines in accordance with API standards.
Provide discipline engineering support (as an internal technical service) to the Project Division, during the Execution Phase (detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning & handover for service) for all assigned projects.
Provide discipline input to the development and/or updating of the company’s Mechanical Specifications & Procedures.
Write narrative specifications and generate definitive scopes of work.
Prepare scopes of work, specifications, drawings and other related engineering material to a level suitable for subsequent development & implementation (by others), of assigned projects.

Requirement :
Paper Qualification:
Msc Mechanical Engineering required,competent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).

Experience:
7 years plus in pure design of mechanical fixed equipment associated with oil & gas facilities
Must Have (apart from the above):
Expertise in relevant mechanical design software such as PVElite, Tank and etc
Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, API and other Industry Codes and Standards
Experience in application & interpretation of static equipment engineering software.
Working knowledge of EPC Contracts and construction/commissioning/QA/QC techniques
