1. HR BUSINESS PARTNER 

 

Objectives:

• To ensure the business objectives are aligned with employees and management across the various departments.
• You are responsible for providing proactive HR services in the area of Human relations aimed at bringing about the change which reinforce the business strategy of specific Jumia Companies.

• 5-7 years of professional.

2. HR ASSOCIATE

 

Objectives:

• To support the HR TEAM in the delivery of key HR responsibilities relating to staff welfare, on-boarding and off-boarding and data management as well as ensuring timely and adequate support is provided to address employee challenges

• 2 years’ experience
• Membership of a professional body.
