operating in the Nigerian downstream sector, engaged in the manufacture
and sales of lubricating oils, import and export of petroleum products
seeks fill vacant positions in their organization.
Position: Human Resources Manager Ref: Esty 004
Job Summary
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Human Resources Manager has
responsibility to attract, motivate and retain a competent staff and
also provide general Administration Support
Key Responsibilities:
Define strategic direction of Human Resources
Develop human resources policies and processes and maintain organisation structure
Coordinate manpower planning across business units
Monitor and review performance management (tools, standards and timelines) and link to rewards
Develop Compensation strategy based on compensation philosophy and business objectives
Develop companywide training curriculum to address individual training plans and communicate training calendar
Establish administrative procedures for requisition processing,
verification of incoming and outgoing supply items and maintaining
adequate levels of office supplies and equipment stock
Qualifications & Experience
A good university degree (preferably with a Masters’ Degree) in IT or IT-related field
Minimum of 8 -10 years post graduation relevant experience in IT, 5 of
which must be in a supervisory/ managerial or equivalent capacity in a
reputable organization
Position: Depot Manager Ref: Esty 005
Job Summary
The Depot Manager has responsibility to ensure proper coordination
and supervision of all Units/Sections in the depot for the achievement
of overall corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the implementation of the strategic plan and prepare periodic situation reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Develop operational processes and procedures of the depot and its implementation.
Determine relevant needs of the depot and put structures in place that
will ensure high performance and steady output and growth.
Ensure the safe and efficient product receipt and truck loading.
Optimization of storage capacity and utilization of assets
Develop relationships with other depots and stakeholders
Relate with external quality control bodies such as Federal Ministry of
Environment, Dept. of Petroleum Resources etc to ensure that the
company’s operations meet required standard.
Qualifications & Experience:
A good university degree
Minimum of 10 years post graduation experience, 5 of which must be in a
managerial or equivalent capacity in a reputable organisation.
Position: Construction Manager Ref: Esty 006
Job Summary
The Construction Manager is responsible for planning and executing
architectural and structural design of all buildings, installations,
houses and retail outlets to the
Company’s standards and specifications in regulated timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out work plan, architectural and structural design of all buildings, warehouses and retail outlet projects.
Preparation of Bills of quantity, carry out market surveys, Project
estimates and tender documents of all Civil Engineering projects of the
company.
Supervision of all civil Engineering projects, ensuring it meets the
company’s quality standards and specifications with accompanying status
reports.
Carry out support services to the services department and other related
departments tor maintenance on the company’s properties and assets
Any other job that may be assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
A good university degree in Civil Engineering, Membership of NSE
Minimum of 6 – 8 years experience in Civil Engineering function in a reputable organization
Project Management Experience an add advantage
